Within hours of the decision being released, Johnston published a video referring to Fakih as a "foreigner who really don't even deserve to be here because they don't respect what Canada is all about," despite the court ruling that orders Johnston not to further defame Fakih.
Johnston is also facing criminal charges for the wilful promotion of hate.

It does support the victim of said crime to recover lost quality of life, lost earning potential, and acts as a deterrent to help folks realize what we say matters. Words matter. Best result possible.
