1.) The idea that Jews are a ruling class of “elites”; 2.) That they’re a secret cabal; 3.) The conspiracy theory that Jews engage in ritual sex abuse of Christian children; 4.) The “lizard people” conspiracy has long been a dogwhistle for antisemites to talk about Jews.
Interesting. I'm probably not qualified to judge, so take it with a grain of salt, but I'd reckon he's referring to the capitalist class, not Jews.

Isn’t there a conspiracy about everyone in the ruling class being a paedophile? Aren’t there antisemitic undertones to assuming because someones talking about a ruling class that they’re talking about Jews? Finding it hard to see the connection here but I respect it regardless
In no world is this a reference to the conspiracy that "Jews engage in ritual sex abuse", but to the very real child sex abuse at the top levels of government, i.e Dennis Hastert and the British VIP Dossier from the 80s. Come on dude...
