8channers are planning on running a ZeroNet version of the forum if the site goes down. You have to block individual users for that to happen, so everyone connected to it has to be vigilant that everyone else connected to it isn't posting anything illegal, lol. This is gonna go down in flames so fast.

Isn't that because they are effectively hosting the site locally, and if it travels out to the proxy and back, it'll be even slower, plus it'll be "on the Internet"?

I'm just speculating, but I think they'll want something different next time now that they've learned their IP addresses may be discovered in warrants. Maybe not as safe/private as they thought. I haven't been following the outcome too close tho.
