    Waiving an inspection contingency is a bad idea, financially irresponsible & buyers will regret it. While sellers are required to disclose adverse material facts, many don’t. Shop wisely.

    Faced with bidding wars for limited housing stock, a growing number of home buyers are opting to forgo home inspections in order to make their offers appear hassle-free.

    A passenger on United 328 took this video of flames shooting out from the engine. Some people told me they said prayers and held their loved ones' hands as they looked out the window. Flight was on its way to Hawaii from Denver. Glad everyone onboard is safe
