Sorry, at this point in time, it isn't about dispersal. It is about inflicting as much harm as possible. Frustration levels are beyond the boiling point. The breakdown of police discipline is unfolding each day on the front lines. This is either condoned or encouraged.

It wasn’t tear gas, this gas is more dangerous and it can cause allergic reaction to skin and breathing, idiocy firing rubber bullets which cause a women to lose an eyesight is far more reckless than expected
