@TheViewFromHell the problem is systems of nobility don't really have better ways of managing micro tyranny. I guess there's fewer of them?

@anomalyuk still falls at needing a good king though. Also: kings get decision fatigue, so probably a ruling council? -
@drethelin level of "goodness" required for satisfactory rule is not high. Strength of character is the most demanding qualification. -
