He was doing something that is simply and clearly illegal and always has been. If he had not been stopped, the case going on would have been abandoned and the defendants let free.

He has been harassed by police for political reasons for years. This is the first time I say he is clearly in the wrong. Even his mortgage fraud conviction I consider suspect and obviously politically motivated. Not this.

Just looked. He's clueless too. Everyone in Britain knows that trials aren't covered while they're going on. Any of them. Was the same with Dankula, it's just normal. Maybe that's bad, I'm not sure, but it's how the courts work.
