Unless you've sat there you can't explain how hot it is. Either dome it or install AC vents behind every seat in the sun sections.

Yes. It's ridiculous. But not doing anything about it is a giant FU to the "faithful."
-
It's a very difficult&costly fix and with the issues between the city of SC and 49ers ownership this will move slow if at all. 1/2 Dome?
-
Yes. Poisoned relationship. But it's the 49ers problem and I think they have the $$.

Attendance is based on tickets sold, not people through turnstile. I bet a lot tix got snatched up by team (or associated) so no blackout.
-
The entire stadium was sold out during the Harbaugh years.
-
Ann do you think Jed regrets firing Harbaugh all these years later
-
No. Would never allow himself to.
-
The relationship between Jed and the fans continues to be severely damaged bc of that decision 3 years ago

Why is it hotter in the sun here than anywhere else (AT&T, Candlestick, etc.)?
-
Design, steepness and narrowness of aisles, red plastic seats, unrelenting beatdown of sun. Global warming.
-
But seems like direct sunlight at Levi's or on the beach would be the same independent of steepness or aisles. Maybe so many bodies nearby?
-
Clearly not too many.
-
That's the solution...bad team = less fans in seats = cooler

-
JED IS A GENIUS!
-
Santa Clara is historically warmer than SF.
-
Also, Candlestick had fairly powerful wind currents that came off the bay. Making it seem 5 to 10 degrees cooler than it was.
