    The level of influence the Chinese exec had over U.S. staff decision-making is astounding. One detail sticks out to me: Chinese exec said he needed U.S. user data to comply w/ Beijing's rules. U.S. worker said: I'll grant u access to a remote machine hooked up to U.S. servers
