My heart is bursting. On the eve of my first child's birth, my dad - who's been in prison nearly my entire life - was granted clemency. He never intended harm, yet his crime devastated many families. My heart breaks for the families that can never get their loved ones back.

35 years is too long for murder. Especially for a getaway driver. 15-20 years is life. After that amount of time inside, your former life is over, the person you used to be is dead, and returning to life in society will be the most difficult portion of your punishment.

Should we not have killed Bin Laden? After all, he didn't murder anyone on 9/11. Gilbert was a high ranking member of the WU along with Chesa's mother. Chesa was 14 months old when BOTH his parents said, "I have a great idea..."
