  3. Flaw in Tim Davie "fewer Oxbridge BBC recruits" case is that in makes no distinction between those who have got to top unis (not only Oxbridge) from poorer/non trad backgrounds. And at a time when unis are trying more pro-active recruitment too blunt an approach
