    Yes! We are working with on data and metadata standards. Check out SensorThingsAPI. It will blow your mind

    What strategies have you adopted to minimise these effects when collecting data? For example, does detailed metadata help assess data quality/reliability?

    Late to the party. For we're integrating data from 4 projects on plastics pollution. This is helpful but loses richness. So we are also maintaining the initial, complete data sets. Publishing APIs for both.

    Right- on to the next topic! We'd like to hear your thoughts on how far methods can be standardised across projects…
