Until the lived experiences of Black people around the world revolve around radical, explicit care, everyone is lying unless they are radically and unambiguously doing the material and metaphysical work to care for Black lives.

Most of these institutions are lying.

There's no version of capitalism in which Black life matters because Black death accelerates capitalism. And this is why my spirit is enraged when a corporation requires your purchase to donate proceeds of profit towards "racial justice". It's a scam and they are all liars.

Me and the spiritfam talk about how so few Black people have had the experience of being treated like a full human being for a full day, even in our African homes, upandan Black hierarchies of power—straight, cis, queer, disabled, poor, darker, slimmer, etc.

And yet, we *know* what it would mean to be treated with care. To be given space. To be seen and to be heard. This shit is as spiritual, or metaphysical, as it is material. So watching the entire internet play in our faces with these performances is an insult.
