Very easy, you talk to them, like I am talking to you now. I completely oppose and condemn the Proud Boys...yet I had a civil discussion with their leader. When adversaries are having a discussion, there is no fighting. It's when the talking stops that the fighting begins.

Although misguided, I’m proud of this young lady. She was brave enough to face her fears, misguided as they are, to stop and open discussions with her perceived enemies. She did not yell and scream, she spoke and she listened. A few more discussions and she can be saved
