...I go back for the second year of the #NextGenLeaders programme, I want to look back at this year and see how much I’ve learnt and how much I’ve grown. This coming year I’m going to say “Yes” more; I’m going to do All The Things; I’m going to challenge myself harder... (2/3)
...going to surround myself with people that push me & encourage me to be better; I’m going to ask people to hold me accountable for the goals I’ve set myself, and — perhaps most importantly — I’m going to find ways in which I can empower the people around me and help them grow.
