What's something you want to learn to compliment yourself more for? I'll start:

I tend to beat myself up each time I forget something (even though I literally don't have a functional working memory...
) Instead, I'm going to try complimenting myself each time I successfully remember something tricky thanks to the coping mechanisms I've put into place.
