You're not meant to use that after brushing your teeth either, I didn't think You want the fluoride to sit on your teeth for a few minutes. At least that's what dentists have told me.
I use fluoride mouth wash... For that exact reason 
As per my dentist's instructions!

Ahh that might be the exception! Haha. I can't do mouthwashes. X_X so maybe that's why I was just told 'don't do'.
