Corporate diversity training is a CYA joke, in most cases. Diversity is a thing you do, not a collection of people you hire. The only way to get past those abuses is to gut the executive leadership and replace them with non-monsters. So. What is the company actively doing?

I know about the removals of the specific people who got discovered. The chances of those being the only cases of abuse is zero. How are you protecting people who come forward? How are you finding the other abusers and removing them?

If not Emily, can @UbiReflections answer if @escoblades / Andrien Gbinigie is still an employee (even if suspended) of @ubisoft? The fact this is still under the radar is not a good sign.

I don't think @emilybuckshot is going to answer about @escoblades and the status. Disappointing and hypocritical.

To be fair, Emily only roasted @telltalegames because they weren't giving out paychecks anymore. With @Ubisoft and @UbiReflections, they're not going to collapse, so she'll not investigate and always be silent on it for fear of losing the paycheck. Classic head in the sand.

It is much easier to take a stand when there is nothing to lose (it's not like @Telltale could have done anything). When your employment depends on silence, however, then silence seems to be a much better choice for one's self-interest, despite being a voice for "change".
