Corporate diversity training is a CYA joke, in most cases. Diversity is a thing you do, not a collection of people you hire. The only way to get past those abuses is to gut the executive leadership and replace them with non-monsters. So. What is the company actively doing?

I know about the removals of the specific people who got discovered. The chances of those being the only cases of abuse is zero. How are you protecting people who come forward? How are you finding the other abusers and removing them?
