I'm sorry but as someone who was at Ubisoft Reflections for 6 years and as someone who was very vocal about equality and put myself squarely in the firing line before any of these issues were publicised I'm actually furious at the way these people are treating you.

I highly highly doubt any of the women who experienced issues at Ubisoft want to see other women thrown under the bus for 'not doing enough.' Stop trying to speak for us! I want people to protect their own mental health and wellbeing and fight when they have the energy.
1000000% all of this. I'm so mad and confused reading all of these tweets. You can't harass a random (newly employed) narrative designer and expect her to be responsible for who a corporation employs or not. Harassment (in all its forms) is why women are afraid of speaking up.

Ubisoft is a multi-national mega corp with thousands of employees, they are sorely overestimating the influence that one single employee who has been there for 5 minutes actually has as well
