ADHD peeps... How do you convince your brain that it's time for you to stop whatever you're doing and go to bed on time — especially when you're busy doing Something Interesting™?

If you figure out how, please let me know!
Sometimes, I even start feeling physically sick I'm so tired but still can't pull myself away. Sometime I think "i won't sleep well anyway, so maybe I should just stay up", that normally flips the switch!

I thought about getting a clock in my eyeline, perhaps having time more, ever-present, will reduce the "oh, I was going to stop an hour ago, let me just finish up this one thing..." A "Body double"?https://youtu.be/ni9biXNDZe0

I want one of these Time Timers! The visual representation of time passing might be helpful? Because I currently set timers and alarms for 5/10/20 min, but the problem is I just keep snoozing them. "Just 5 more min..." A body double would only work if they don't distract me more!pic.twitter.com/kEOpjaBSis

That clock looks interesting, maybe i'll give it a try too! :) I'm the same, I'll stop the alarm and go: "let me just finish typing this..." *2 hours later* whoops! I was more thinking, just someone who you can say "I wanna stop at X time, can you make sure I do?" :)
