ADHD peeps... How do you convince your brain that it's time for you to stop whatever you're doing and go to bed on time — especially when you're busy doing Something Interesting™?
What are the little bits that you're doing though that have worked for you?

I’m keeping a notebook where I handwrite thoughts that cross my mind. Sometimes it’s a single sentence, and sometimes it’s a lot, no expectations. It removes a lot of pressure and helps me analyze how I feel about them :)

I'm also building small habits of things I wanted to do this year. Shifting from “I have to” to “I want to.” Again, no expectations besides doing a little bit of what makes me happy to build momentum.
