ADHD peeps... How do you convince your brain that it's time for you to stop whatever you're doing and go to bed on time — especially when you're busy doing Something Interesting™?
This is a good tip for reading stuff! How do you break from actual activities you're doing though? Like, it's 1 am and you know you should be in bed already, but you keep working on X thing for "just 5 more minutes" since you're in your flow, and 5 min inevitably becomes 2 hours?
