Not sure what I cackled hardest at... The idea that gamedevs don't mind crunch, that we don't care because we have 6 figure jobs, that media only writes about it for clicks, or that some guy that works in construction knows more about how my job works than I do.

Loving these absolutely STELLAR options. You can either: A) Crunch B) Not crunch, lose your job, and not put food on the table C) Get a new job in a different industry Pray tell, with the VAST MULTITUDES of optimal choices, why is it that the games industry keeps losing talent?

Also I love the fact that "devs are not complaining about their jobs" when a mass exodus happens every single year with people constantly stating how unsustainable of a lifestyle it is
