I clearly agree with your message as well, as it should the general understanding for each form of criticism. But I still can’t follow how this relates to a tweet of him pointing out that, due to state of game, he thinks CPR QA Team will have a bad couple of months coming up.

Simply because they have a hard enough future ahead of them dealing with all this, and what they don't need is to cop further misdirected abuse from edgelords on the internet. By all means, criticise decision makers, but be kind to those who weren't responsible for decisions.
