... Intuniv is usually taken in conjunction with Vyvanse/Elvanse or SSRis because of its blood pressure/aggression/anxiety lowering benefits. I might find guanfacine is all I need or combine it with low dose lisdexamfetamine(elvanse/vyvanse) depending on how the next few weeks go
I'm on Elvanse now, as both Concerta and Ritalin made my pulse SPIKE for ages whenever I'd even vaguely think of something stressful. I'm on a v low dose to begin with, which isn't doing much for me tbh, but it's nice to not have regular panic attacks. Curious about Intuniv tho?
Im on the lowest dose possible for Intuniv right now and my blood pressure has dropped considerably which is exactly what I hoped for So on Nothing I was ~ 140/82 30mg Elvanse I was ~ 145/85 40mg I was ~157/93 Intuniv 1mg ~134/75 (still first week)
Okay thanks for that. I think my blood pressure is fine, it was the uncontrollable pulse that was making me lose my mind... Was just curious since you mentioned stress hormones. Will see what happens when I get back to Sweden and we raise my dose...
