My Google Home is my lifesaver for yelling out reminders for stuff I randomly remember & want to be reminded of sometime in the future. Instead of having 100 lists everywhere, have 1 place where you categorise & organise them. Trello is mine bc I can do columns for categories, and colour code by urgency. Seeing EVERYTHING at once is overwhelming, so I then filter by colour & only see what needs to be done today!
