So my new #ADHD clan, what are some adjustments you've made to your life outside of medication to help you manage your day to day life? Where can I start?

Instead of having 100 lists everywhere, have 1 place where you categorise & organise them. Trello is mine bc I can do columns for categories, and colour code by urgency. Seeing EVERYTHING at once is overwhelming, so I then filter by colour & only see what needs to be done today!

We’ve got a full Google Home setup through the house so I will be sure to do this, currently I only use it for taking out the bins every week and another that of course I can’t remember.

I yell at it to put things on my shopping list as I use up the last of something, or remind me to ask X person about Y thing tomorrow, or remind me to schedule a certain appointment in a month's time, etc etc. So good to live hands-free and not need to try remember everything!
