Yeah. I managed to get the industrial-strength ADHD package chock-full of lots of the dysfunctions. Luckily in a few weeks I should have access to some competent healthcare again & hopefully then I can try & get some of my life back on track. Thank you so much for the support!
Glad to hear it! Meds only help with some of the things though, so getting help from a psych is also important! That's a great resource. Thanks! I was diagnosed quite a while back but lately my medical/mental care was so awful that it was just easier to do w/out. They seriously made my depression so much worse & complaints went nowhere. I can't wait to get a decent dr & therapist again.
