Uhh he doesn't mention any of that in that video? He talks about wanting to go into coaching and then into business after he's done playing, and then it's some game highlights. I suspect you're thinking about a different video than the one you actually linked here.

ahahahahah what??did you even watched the video, girl? I even linked it with timeframe xD in that video he said "I want to treat my players fairly, like I would treat them if I was in the business side". which clearly indicates he wasn't treated fairly.
