It sucks! And I know you can get diagnosed later in life (I was), but that doesn’t make up for the years that could have been spent developing study habits and other strategies to help w/ symptoms. Where could all these late-diagnosed women be if they’d had more of a head start?
This was exactly my thought (and my great sadness) when I was diagnosed. I got this far & achieved all these things on my own, while struggling silently. Imagine how much more I could have done, or how much less I could've struggled, if I'd just been diagnosed from the start?
