In the age of normalising injections and plastic surgery and filters, (not that there's anything wrong with these things) how on earth do you keep self esteem in your natural self?

As someone who struggled with her bare face and who hadn't left the house without makeup on since she was like 17 yo, this pandemic was the best thing that ever happened to my natural-face-self-esteem. Also, moving to Sweden, where women at work without makeup is just... normal?
