Omg the monthly swelling and pain uggghh... There's legit a day each month where I'm like NO HUGGING.

Oooft... I am aware of my itty-bitty privilege-committee membership hahaha! I gave up wired bras a few years ago and only wear "shaped" soft padded ones now, which I NEVER feel the need to take off. (Legit, I can fall asleep in them, no problem). They've changed my life.
