Having a deeper understanding of cognitive disabilities means we recognise that frustration in testers & know where it stems from. Our unique brains means we know HOW to break down complex information in pedagogical ways, since that's how our brains work too. (3/3)

I never thought of it this way :O Even when I use myself as an example of someone coming into a game and feeling really overwhelming easily.

Yep! We immediately empathise and understand the actual issue at hand, rather than just get frustrated because the user isn't doing what seems obvious to a neurotypical person. I'm realising my cognitive disability is actually something that makes me particularly good at my job!
