Object permanence and ADHD brains is totally a thing. We forget to check in with friends/family constantly. It doesn't mean we love them any less, but if something isn't literally right in front of us, we just... forget. Brain is simply focused on what IS right in front of us.

I got a lower score, but yes inattention can be a problem. (And my leg is tapping as I type this) I think I have developed coping mechanisms for a lot of things (I don't lose items, instead I always put them in the same place, etc but my workspace is very cluttered) Interesting
