Your twitter definitely has a positive impact - I'm Autistic but I am due to go through a diagnostic process for co-morbid ADHD, and seeing someone as capable and kind as yourself be honest about it all too is just wonderful
And this is why it's so important that we TALK about our mental health and about all the things we struggle with, and not just curate our social medias to be a highlight reel of our life! You never know whose life you might have an impact on
