haha! Though writing a tinder/app bio is incredibly difficult for me. I feel that I either end up sound boring, bougie or narcissistic. I swear there's a market for professional bio writing services that's underexploited.

Boring bad, bougie fine! And yep, it's literally text about yourself, so I get what you're saying re narcissistic, buuut that's kind of the point? Have standards! Expect others to rise to meet them!

I'm considering going back on the apps too, I'm totally gonna make you proof read my bio... I've actually been told on dates about all the things I should or shouldn't write. "You're lucky I didn't see the bio cause you really shouldn't say things like X/Y/Z" siiigh...

In my experience at least it doesn't seem to matter at all what goes in there. So long as it's vaguely interesting at a glance and doesn't have too high creepo vibes. but perhaps that's geographically / etc dependent.

That hasn't been my experience. Height seems to be mandatory. As I said, I've kinda had lectures about all the things I'm doing wrong. Also it seems I'm terrible at picking good photos. I have some fun stories from my last 2.5 years of failed dating.
