Most i know are in unionen, a couple are in DIK, but they are more in the communication/marketing dept.
Swedish gamedevs, which union are you all registered in? I'm in Unionen as that was the one I'd been in a decade ago when I lived in Sweden last (but I wasn't working in games then). Is this still the best option?

It's what I'm in. I think it's the best if you're not a software engineer - they seem to have one more specific. Unionen is also who most studios have an avtal with afaik (for those studios that do. Not a lot do though).

Also, this might be a silly question (forgive me, I'm still technically a foreigner and am still figuring out all the Swedish bureaucracy!) but if I have income insurance via Max Matthiessen (via my workplace) then do I still need it via Unionen as well? And a-kassa too?

everyone I knew in Malmö was in Unionen, though I think Massive employees were in the process of making their own union.

I'm in Unionen, I choose it about two years ago and read that it was the best for game devs but I could probably afford to research it a bit more.

I still use my old union for when I used to work in the factory industry, I still have all benefits except the salery part, but I can speak for my own there.

Are you certain that that union have the rights to negotiate for you though?
