Something I find interesting with some of the CV-advice discussions I've seen on Twitter is how different CV conventions are from country to country. Things like CV length, using a photo or not, including references or not, etc etc. What are the conventions like in your country?

Yeah I get weirded out when I see a photo on a CV here in Sweden.
And yet Sweden was where I learned to include a photo, back when I was at university
