Something I find interesting with some of the CV-advice discussions I've seen on Twitter is how different CV conventions are from country to country. Things like CV length, using a photo or not, including references or not, etc etc. What are the conventions like in your country?

Never heard of having an 'objective' on my CV. Is 'Doing what I love to earn money' good enough
It goes under a few different names, but is just a few sentences at the top that describes your ethic, what's important to you, what you aspire to, or whatever makes most sense to you!
