Something I find interesting with some of the CV-advice discussions I've seen on Twitter is how different CV conventions are from country to country. Things like CV length, using a photo or not, including references or not, etc etc. What are the conventions like in your country?

Totally fair on that! I only use mine to actively submit not have people passively download them so I completely understand. As long as I have one way to easily contact the applicant for an interview.
Yeah totally. I include my email on mine, which is a safe way for me to be easily contactable - but on my own terms.

I make two versions for this reason. The one I send directly to companies and recruiters has email and phone, the one on the web is omitting that information.
