Something I find interesting with some of the CV-advice discussions I've seen on Twitter is how different CV conventions are from country to country. Things like CV length, using a photo or not, including references or not, etc etc. What are the conventions like in your country?

Also I don't mind some colour or design choices that make them interesting to read but please no graphs, graphs don't do much to explain your capabilities to me. For construction - I really enjoy when people include some photos of their previous projects, it shows you're proud!
Yeah graphs and bar charts are one of the topics we've discussed a fair bit. I think I'm ok with them as long as they're clear and objective. Using abstract bar charts to determine highly subjective "skill levels" I totally agree can be super confusing though.
