I got 8 hours of sleep last night and I feel fucking invincible today. I feel like I can do anything, and my brain is actually responsive and functional. Is this what people who get proper sleep each night feel like all the time?! It's like a damn super power!

Melatonin tablets at 11 pm each night, a weighted blanket (will have it on me on the couch in the evenings to wind down, then sleep with it) and working on trying to fix my evening routine for regular sleep times. Dedicating time to winding down rather than burning out is very smart, I'll try and take that onboard. Also 13 hrs and 31 mins, dang. I don't have Audible right now, but if I ever jump on I'll be sure to check this out, if I remember. Thanks :)

The problem isn't the price, it's the mental focus and dedicated time. Same reason why I haven't started playing any new video games or even watch a film on Netflix in a quite some time.
