I got 8 hours of sleep last night and I feel fucking invincible today. I feel like I can do anything, and my brain is actually responsive and functional. Is this what people who get proper sleep each night feel like all the time?! It's like a damn super power!
Also, fluctuating between too much or too little sleep is often a result of ADHD as well. We hyperfocus at night & struggle to sleep, so get too little - and then we exhaust ourselves & can't get out of bed on weekends. It's really not sustainable, hence why I'm trying to fix it.
