In light of *gestures at everything* I'm considering putting together some kind of games industry watchdog group for people to confidentially report workplace harassment, & receive trauma counseling & other resources. Would anyone else I know be interested helping w/this?

Yep absolutely, happy to signal-boost once it kicks off.
I also know @KhayaAhmed started putting together a spreadsheet with known abusers (that I'd said I'd help with - it's on my to-do list, I promise!) that could be relevant/useful.
