When I was choosing what lattice stuff i was gonna put in my bed, she said wood definitely holds up and is strong enough for sleeping on, but metal is best if you're "getting a little more active in bed " AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA

Metal unless you like a Noisy Fellow when on the Frisk

.....surely wood is less noisy than metal?

If its a decent timber build it will probably last longer than metal and be quieter.. for general sleeping and other activities But if its a poorly designed/cheap timber than its likely to not last very long im afraid, been the victim of a few cheap timber framed beds
