Zoom breakout rooms don't allow for folks to jump between rooms on their own right? It all has to be managed the host? Ugh.
Hmmm I know @uxdxconf had a system with links for each room so that people could jump between rooms on their own! As long as everyone has the links for each room it should be totally doable.
I can send you the emails and info from the event they did with us in March if you like?

We tried two approaches - having an admin move people between the breakouts and, secondly, creating separate zoom rooms. Both had pretty bad user experiences unfortunately. Unhangouts let's attendees control the room but the UI is a bit clunky https://unhangout.media.mit.edu/
