My wife is super into all the murder podcasts and true crime stuff and from talking to her it’s really opened my eyes to how often the average woman has to be like “nah, this is sketchy”. It would’ve cost him literally nothing to see things from your perspective
Yup. Like Margaret Atwood wrote, "Men are afraid that women will laugh at them. Women are afraid that men will kill them."
If he'd agreed to the park, he'd still gets his date - PLUS he'd get to go on a date with a woman who is relaxed and happy, and not constantly nervous.
