Holy crap. I just had a work meeting with 5 people AND ALL FIVE WERE WOMEN. I think this might be the first time I've ever had a meeting in a professional space where 5 women weren't ~women~, but just 5 game developers, just doing our jobs. That's kinda sad. But also amazing.

Gaming is one of those industries where women definitely have a good chance to stand out. Or to put it in other words, it doesn’t matter which gender you are, everyone has a great chance to succeed
I appreciate your sentiment, but we don't want to stand out. That's exactly the problem here. We want to be just as normal as men in our workplace, so that we don't need to deal with all the shit that gamedev Twitter has so clearly shown us this past week.
