Holy crap. I just had a work meeting with 5 people AND ALL FIVE WERE WOMEN. I think this might be the first time I've ever had a meeting in a professional space where 5 women weren't ~women~, but just 5 game developers, just doing our jobs. That's kinda sad. But also amazing.

I have only worked with 3 other women engineers in my entire career and i have never had female engineering lead 
.... it gives me hope 
So like... One of @King_Games's studio goals for 2020 is to have 50% gender diverse hires. And we're constantly hiring engineers. (In fact, we're a huge company and constantly hiring for like every role thinkable in multiple countries.) Let me know if you wanna talk...
