Holy crap. I just had a work meeting with 5 people AND ALL FIVE WERE WOMEN. I think this might be the first time I've ever had a meeting in a professional space where 5 women weren't ~women~, but just 5 game developers, just doing our jobs. That's kinda sad. But also amazing.

I really look forward to a time when a room full of women like that is as unremarkable as a room full of men. I don't want either to be the norm, but I want them to be as likely to happen as each other. AND I want diverse gender, ethnic, racial, socio-economic representation!
